This page is a starting template and is provided for transparency. It is not a substitute for legal counsel. We will update this page when our practices or applicable law change, and we have it reviewed by an attorney for our specific jurisdiction and engagements.
Teal Apex Solutions believes that good software is software everyone can use. We build this site, and the systems we ship for clients, to be usable by people of all abilities. If you hit a barrier on this site, we want to hear about it.
Our standard
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That covers things like keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, and clear focus indicators.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
- Ensure every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
- Provide visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form controls.
- Maintain a color contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text against background.
- Support both light and dark themes so visitors can choose what reads best.
- Write alt text on every meaningful image.
- Avoid time-sensitive interactions that cannot be paused or extended.
Known limitations
We are a small team, and this site is iterated on continuously. Some areas may not yet meet our standard. If you find one, please tell us so we can fix it.
What to do if you hit a barrier
Send a note through the Contact page. Tell us:
- The page or feature you were trying to use.
- What did not work the way you expected.
- The assistive technology, browser, and device you were using, if you can share that.
We will reply within one business day and start working on a fix.
Beyond this site
Accessibility shows up in the systems we design and build for clients too. If accessibility matters for your engagement, raise it on our first call. It will shape how we scope the work, the components we choose, and how we test.
