We turn a request into shipped software.
A build studio that designs, engineers, and launches production apps and sites on one type-safe stack. You describe the system. We scope it, build it, and ship it, fast.
From a request to something real.
Every build follows the same clear path, so you always know what stage you are in, what happens next, and roughly how long it takes.
Intake
About 2 minutesYou describe the build in the Studio. No call needed to get started, and nothing is charged.
- A short guided brief, not a 40-field form
- Upload brand assets if you have them
- Pick the shape: site, app, or not sure yet
Consultation and scope
1 to 2 daysWe turn your intake into a fixed scope you approve before anything is built.
- Features, pages or screens, and integrations listed
- A flat price and a delivery date, in writing
- One place to ask questions and adjust
Build
2 to 4 weeksWe design and engineer on one type-safe stack while you follow along in your portal.

- A walkthrough so you can run it yourself
- No lock-in, ever
Care
Ongoing, optionalAttach a Care plan and we keep it hosted, secure, and growing.
- Hosting, monitoring, and backups handled
- Content updates and small feature adds
- A standing technical partner when you need one
Software we build and own.
A focused portfolio of vertical apps, each locked to a specific segment and shipped on the same production stack. This is the bar for client work too.

What you actually get.
Beyond the build itself, here is what working with the Studio means for you. This is the part that protects your money and your time.
You own everything
Code, accounts, and domains are yours from day one. No proprietary lock-in, no hostage situations.
One senior builder
The person who scopes your build is the person who builds it. No handoffs to juniors, no telephone game.
Secure by default
Row-level security on every table and a security pass after every change. Private by design, not bolted on later.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You approve the scope and the price before we build. No surprise invoices, no work you did not agree to.
Built to grow
Clean, documented, modular. A landing page can become a site, a site a portal, a portal a full product.
We stay after launch
Handoff is not goodbye. Optional Care & Security plans keep your build running, protected, and improving.

The things people ask first.
Straight answers, including where the work is yours and where a build needs someone to keep it running. If your question is not here, the Studio will surface anything else we need.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That is normal, and it is fine. Pick 'not sure yet' in the Studio and describe the problem in plain language. We shape the right build with you during scoping, and you approve it before anything is built.
What do you handle, and what needs me or my team?
For a website or landing page, we handle nearly everything: design, copy, build, and going live. For a full app or platform, we build and launch it, but the day-to-day running of it (responding to users, sending campaigns, adding content) is yours unless you put us on a Care plan. We will always tell you plainly where your part starts.
Do you write the copy and content?
Yes. If you have copy and photos, we use them. If you do not, we draft the words and source clean imagery for you to approve. You get the final say on everything that goes live.
What do you need from me before we start?
Usually your brand assets, your domain (or the go-ahead to help you buy one), and access to any accounts a feature depends on. Some features have prerequisites: sending email needs an email service and a verified domain, payments need a Stripe account, an app in the stores needs Apple and Google developer accounts. If any of that is not ready, we will flag it early and help you set it up rather than let it surprise you at launch.
Can you automate something we do by hand every day?
That is the Automation Rail, and it is a fixed price. One workflow, installed on the tools you already use, running unattended with a rollback path. You tell us what starts it and what has to be true when it finishes, and we prove it live before we hand it over. Start at /build/automation.
Can you set up a CRM or automation tool like GoHighLevel?
Yes, as a configuration engagement, priced by quote. We stand the tool up, build the pipelines and flows inside it, and connect it to your site. That is hands-on setup work, not a plug-in we flip on, so it is scoped on a call rather than sold as a package. Running it afterward (working leads, sending messages, adjusting campaigns) is yours by default, or we can manage it under a Care plan. Third-party tools carry their own monthly subscription, paid by you.
Who actually does the work?
The person who scopes your build is the person who builds it. No handoff to a junior, no telephone game between a salesperson and a developer who never spoke to you.
What does a website cost?
Websites run $1,200 to $16,000 depending on how much is behind them. Marketing Site at $3,200 is a full marketing site. Site Plus at $7,000 adds the pieces most businesses actually need next. Site Pro at $12,000 is a real integrated build, and Signature at $16,000 is the flagship. The price is fixed before we start, not estimated and revised.
What does a mobile app cost?
App builds are quoted on a call rather than sold off a page, because the range is wide and the scope is what moves it. What we can tell you before the call: we build on a shared foundation, one build ships to both stores, and a first real app is typically 2 to 4 weeks of build once scope is locked. You get a fixed price in writing before anything starts.
Can I just get advice without commissioning a build?
Yes. Advisory Session at $300 is a single ninety minute working session, no retainer and no commitment. Advisory Retainer at $750 buys reserved hours each month. Fractional CTO at $1,500 is the standing technical leadership seat. Reserved hours cost capacity whether or not you use them, which is why they sit at the same rate rather than under it.
What does ongoing maintenance cost?
Care plans run $199 to $1,500 a month. Watch & Protect at $199 a month covers hosting, monitoring and security. Care & Protect at $399 a month adds faster response and content updates. Care & Protect Plus at $1,500 a month is the full partnership tier. Every plan is monitored hourly, and the difference between tiers is how fast we act and how much is included, not whether we are watching.
What does an automation cost?
Automation Rail at $2,000 for a single workflow, fixed price, installed on the tools you already use. Automation Pack at $5,000 for three rails together, which is the usual shape for a business that wants its quoting, booking and follow-up handled in one pass. If you want us to keep them running, watched, and adjusted as your process changes, Automation Care is on top of that and is quoted with the rails.
How do payments work?
You approve a fixed scope and price first, then pay to start. Larger builds are split into milestones, so you are never paying ahead of the work delivered.
Do I pick a package and pay online?
No, and that is deliberate. You never select or trigger a price yourself. We talk first, scope the work, then we post an invoice to your portal for exactly that scope. The budget range you pick during intake is context for the conversation, not a charge.
How fast can you actually ship?
A premium site is usually 3 days to 2 weeks. A first app build is typically 2 to 4 weeks on our shared template. Your exact date is set in writing the moment scope is locked, and it assumes we have what we need from you.
What happens after launch?
We put it live, hand over the code and accounts, and give you a short written guide plus a walkthrough for your specific build. If you want help getting it live on your own setup, we can do that too. From there, a simple site can run itself, while a live app or platform is something you keep an eye on, so most product clients stay on a Care plan and let us handle hosting, monitoring, and updates.
Will my site or app need ongoing management?
A landing page or brochure site, not really; it can sit and do its job. A real app or platform with users, data, and payments does need someone maintaining it: security updates, monitoring, and fixes. That can be you or your team, or us on a Care plan. We would rather be honest about this up front than hand you something that quietly falls behind.
Who buys the domain, and how does that work?
You buy and own the domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, or wherever you like), so it is always in your name. We tell you exactly what to buy, then either point it at your new site or move the DNS over for you. If you already own one, we work with it.
Do you host it, or do I?
Both are options. By default we host it for you on managed infrastructure under a Care plan, so you never touch any of it. If you would rather own everything, we put it live in your own accounts and hand it off. Either way, the domain and the code stay yours.
Do I own the code and the accounts?
Yes, completely. Code and domain are in your name, and any accounts we set up are yours. No lock-in, and nothing is held hostage if you ever decide to move on.
Is it actually secure?
Security is built in, not bolted on. Row-level security on every table, private storage by default, and a security pass after every change.
Can you review the security of something I already have?
Yes, and it is its own line of work rather than an add-on. Security Scan at $2,000 is the baseline pass. Security Review at $3,300 goes deeper into auth, data access and infrastructure. Deep Security Review at $12,500 is the full engagement, and it is the one that produces the document you hand to an enterprise buyer asking for it.
Can you build on Shopify?
Yes, headless. Shopify runs the commerce backend (products, inventory, orders, payments) and we build the storefront in Next.js, which is where the speed and the design freedom come from. Basic at $39 a month is enough, you do not need Plus.
One boundary worth knowing before you decide: checkout stays on Shopify and cannot be moved. Shopify also owns the order status pages and the order emails. Everything a customer sees up to the moment they click Checkout is ours. That is a Shopify platform rule, not a limit of the build.
I'm on WordPress / Webflow / Squarespace. Can you work with that?
Yes. Our agreement covers platforms by category rather than by name, so working on the one you already have is a one page scope document, not a contract renegotiation.
What we will tell you honestly is whether staying is the right call. Sometimes the answer is that your existing site is fine and the money is better spent elsewhere. If a rebuild genuinely pays for itself, we will show you the arithmetic rather than assert it.
How quickly do you respond to email?
New enquiries get an acknowledgment straight away and a reply from a person within one business day. Care clients have an acknowledgement window written into the plan: one business day on Watch & Protect, four business hours on Care & Protect, two business hours on Care & Protect Plus. Acknowledged means a person has read it and told you what happens next, not that it is already fixed. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern. Monitoring is automated and runs every hour around the clock, nights and weekends included, and it raises an alert the moment a failure is confirmed. A guaranteed human response outside business hours is not something we promise. If something is down, say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.
Ready to describe your build?
The Studio takes about two minutes. Nothing is charged. You leave with a scoped request and your own portal.
